How does the 60-day cookie window work?
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is placed in their browser for 60 days. If they sign up for any paid plan within those 60 days, you get credit for the referral — even if they don't convert on their first visit.
What commission will I earn?
30% recurring commission on all non-enterprise plans for 2 years, and 20% recurring commission on Enterprise plans for 2 years. Commissions are recurring for as long as the customer remains an active paying customer during that 2-year period.
What happens if a customer upgrades or downgrades?
Your commission is calculated on the customer's current plan value. Upgrades or downgrades adjust your commission accordingly. The 2-year recurring window starts from the customer's original signup date.
Can I refer my own company?
Self-referrals are not permitted. The program is designed for genuine third-party referrals.
How will I know which customers I referred?
You'll have access to affiliate tracking tools that let you follow referred signups, active customers, and earned commissions through your unique referral link.
